This hotel's location is great, close to shops and restaurants. the room's bedding is changed daily and the staff tries to make you feel comfortable. the room is quite cold, and the toilet seat doesn't stay upright. On the bright side, the breakfast is marvellous, sitting looking out over the mountains and the linen is lovely.

My recent stay at a hotel in Ipiales was wonderful. the hotel is located in a beautiful area, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Best aspects: the hotel also offers a supermarket located conveniently below it, making it easy to grab snacks and necessities without having to leave the area.
There were a few minor issues that detracted from my overall enjoyment. the rooms could be quite chilly, and noise from the road outside could sometimes be heard.

We enjoyed the beautiful hotel with spectacular mountain views, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast with fresh linen provided daily. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants and the facilities were clean.

The hotel is located in a strategic area, close to a supermarket and a gas station. The views from the room are wonderful, showcasing the surrounding mountains. the staff was friendly and willing to assist.
My stay was not enjoyable due to several reasons. The room was very cold, making it hard to get warm and cozy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who could not do enough for us. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
